[U4G] Adventure Ideas: Up for Grabs!

Hey Folks! We all have great ideas! Sometimes we can't use them all on our own!

So we post ideas here. Grand ideas for anyone to take and use for their own forum adventures!

Post anything you think would be a great idea for a quest! Just keep in mind this

1. Only post suggestions of adventures that you have considered making yourself.

2. Check the suggestions behind yours to avoid posting a very similar idea.

3. Don't break the global rules. Duh!

Scottish millionaire and environmental conservationist Ailbert MacGuffin has been kidnapped, and it's up to famed private eye Dirk Lonefury to crack the case. The only trouble is that "Lonefury" is actually a collection of woodland creatures in a trenchcoat.

(basically I just want more Problem Sleuth-esque nonsense noir)

I had an idea a long time ago which I never even really attempted, which I have down in my notes as "TEAM FORCE"

It'd be a ridiculously over the top Power Rangers inspired adventure where everything is fight scenes and explosions, cool monsters and super teams abound. Where everything is totally radical, super, and kickass all the time, and the power of friendship always saves the day.

The adventure would be broken up into "episodes", each of which would run the course of what might happen in a typical monster of the week show, trying to keep the plot of each episode relatively short and self-contained. Every episode would be a collaboration with a new person, whether artist, writer, musician, etc., ensuring that it would always be a TEAM effort.

I have an idea I kind of like, but no art skills (something I'm trying to change).

The idea involves a world of floating islands, airships, and ruins. It begins with you taking control of a recently recovered artifact, probably an amulet that possesses anyone that puts it on for a certain period of time. So by jumping from person to person you start a quest to find who created you and for what purpose. On this quest, you also need to avoid being taken and tossed into a museum or the bottom of an adventurer's inventory until they inevitably forget about you.

It could probably be a case where you can take physical control of the wearer for X amount of posts and afterward you can only speak to them to try and convince or manipulate them into doing what you want. There could also be the possibility of obtaining minor telekinetic powers so you aren't completely helpless when not possessing someone. Also not decided on if the possession can be done to the same person again after a cooldown or if you can only do it once ever.
