Name:Tube Mushrooms
Description:Huge orange to brown mushrooms that kinda look like a nuclear plant, root-like hollow tubes dig into the earth forming from small subterranean corridors to tube caverns
Special traits: The shape is to be optimal gathering flavor in its interior, that flavor forms a pool at its center for microbial proliferation, the mushroom then feeds on those microbes. The tubes purpose is to attract creatures that will drink from the pool that also has the mushroom spores in it, which seems to be the odd way of reproduction of this fungi.
Possible uses: The "flavor" is fulfilling if you willing to ignore how gross it looks and the mushroom spore will infect you, eating your metabolic system and acting like a enhanced version of it as the fungi do benefit from you getting far away as possible from its parent as possible to avoid competiton. It will eat at your body when you die and turn you into a gross mess before emerging from your corpse into a few years time but one you will be death and two it gave you a few years where you years where you should die from a cold or something so it's a fair deal.

FLORA
Habitat:Jungle
Description:Yellow to Orange plants that look slightly like eggs when close and somewhat like a starfish when open and around the size of a open hand, grows on trees
Special traits:They emite a extremely addictive smell that lures small birds like Counts and insects, they then close up on them and remain closed for weeks depending on what they caught in that period they emite a glow while their prey burns through digestion
Possible uses:Besides serving as parallel for malipulative relantionships and lanterns? Not much really, the nectar is so addictive that will actually kill you if you use it enough times, has no benifts medicinal or otherwise and the plant don't even atracts creatures larger then rodents, it does looks pretty though.

FLORA
Name: Dough tree
Habitat :Near sweet pools
Description:Resembles apple trees with cherry tree leaves but with dark pink bark. They posses huge pink and purple fruits hanging from its branches that kinda look like acorns.
Special traits: The trees have short lives for tree years only living five to seven years, the fact that they grow pretty quickly and are hyper specialized to sweet pools are the only special thing about them. And the fruit by itself doesn't have any special properties, but once open they reveal not be actual fruits but huge seeds with a dough like interior that grows pretty quickly into something between a cake and bread but not quite either, the dough/seed/fruit only needs a few hours in the suns to be ready.
Possible uses: Food... They can be fermented into beer(?) but it tastes like beer made out of birthday cake, the fermentation brings out the sweet that the drying process kills so not a good idea for human standands.

FAUNA
Name:Pipes
Diet:Flavor grass and small shrubs
Habitat:Plains
Description:Pipes have a almost round shell being only slightly oval with several tubes coming out of it with mostly diagol in shape. Pipes dont have heads but they have something like it that looks like a hammer shark head but with eyes that move in all directions and without mouth, their mouths are on their undersides, that they use to eat tall grass and shrubs, it is incredible large. Their legs are crab like and come out of their sides making them even more crab like. They are about the size of horses but very wide.
Special traits: Their large pipes deliver heavy sound attacks. They also can communicate with themselves using harmonic sounds, it is incredible beautiful something like if whales made music. their stomachs can store large amounts of grass and create pearls out of refuse. Their shells are also pretty tough
Behavior: Their are very defensive and their main predator are Knights that use their pickaxe beaks to break their armor an thus why of their unique defensive mechanism. Their heads can attack land predator but are not nearly as effective and mostly fold in their underside and sit there until danger goes away.
Reproductive cycle: They are hermaphrodite and switch genomes with partners that are harmonic compatible during their reproductive cicle, large orchestras only form during said reproductive cicles and they are very territoral otherwise since they need large pasture grounds to feed themselves, reproductive cicles are plenty obvious to other species because of their isolationism they need to mark reproductive grounds with plenty of advance and pipes need to know and be present as that advances their changes of finding mates, one of the rare instances where pipes work together. They take care of their young with one or two mates as they are weaker after birthing and store their babys inside their stomachs during sleep or danger. They take 14 years to reach independence but their parents break up around 5 and have their children divided between them.

FAUNA name: Khen-Ali (ken al-eye)
Diet: fungi of various kinds.
Habitat: Woodland
Description: Khen are roughly tree-shaped, with several flexible, branching, tentacles on top, and several shorter, blunter appendages below. The flesh of the creature is smooth, semi-transparent, and white. They have a single sensitive eye roughly halfway up their bodies.
Special traits: Their skin secretes a mild acid geared towards dissolving fungi, the remains of which they absorb with their lower appendages. As well, they can regenerate from any minor injury.
Behavior:When multiple mature Khen encounter another, they bond some of their lower appendages and form into the colony organism known as a Khen-Ali. A large enough colony can be an ecologically devastating event, but few colonies ever go above 5 members. For the most part, unbonded Khen rarely go beyond their home territory.
Reproduction: After 10-16 years, or in the event of a major injury, an unbonded Khen seeks out a deep cave where it can create 1-3 larva-like offspring, which make their way to the surface over a period of 5 months. they will then separate and travel until they find a source of food, at which point they begin to grow into a mature Khen. Occasionally, larvae are produced from colonies. It is no know how this occurs.
