Take a moment! Collect yourself! And collect your thoughts! Take a breath!
Stand up, and say your name and task out loud. Saying things out loud will help it stick in your memory, so if weird little flashbacks like this happen, you can go back to your memory of saying Who You Are and What You Do, and it'll set you on the right path again!
